Pepolution tries very hard to make sure you order is packed well for shipping. We assist whenever possible in resolving issues. However, once your order is filled and the package is in the hands of the carrier, it is out of our responsibility. Whether shipped via USPS or UPS, every package comes with $100 automatic carrier insurance. If your order is more than that, and you would like to insure it against loss or damage, we now have the option of adding insurance to your order. Please choose what insurance level you desire, and we will make sure that it is added when shipping your order. If your order was damaged during transit, and a claim is initiated with the carrier – they reserve the right to inspect the shipping box and contents. Therefore, you will need to retain those things until the claim is resolved.
