Ordering

  • Please make sure you have ordered the correct items and quantity wanted. 
  • Confirm that your contact information and shipping address is correct.
  • Once your order has been placed and shipped there are no changes or cancellations.
  • There are no returns or exchanges.
  • Pepolution is no longer responsible once a shipment is delivered or marked undeliverable by the courier. 

Refunds/Returns

  • There are no refunds or returns and all sales are final.

Cancellations

  • Please email or call if you would like to initiate a cancellation. Once a product is shipped it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping

  • Packages are shipped via UPS, FED EX or USPS.
  • Most orders ship within 24hrs. There may be a delay during holidays or weekends.
