Ordering

Please make sure you have ordered the correct items and quantity wanted.
Confirm that your contact information and shipping address is correct.
Once your order has been placed and shipped there are no changes or cancellations.
There are no returns or exchanges.
Pepolution is no longer responsible once a shipment is delivered or marked undeliverable by the courier.

Refunds/Returns

There are no refunds or returns and all sales are final.

Cancellations

Please email or call if you would like to initiate a cancellation. Once a product is shipped it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping

Packages are shipped via UPS, FED EX or USPS.
Most orders ship within 24hrs. There may be a delay during holidays or weekends.
