Ipamorelin is a peptide that has been shown to increase growth hormone levels in humans by stimulating the hypothalamus, which is responsible for regulating the secretion of growth hormone. Ipamorelin works by binding to IGF-1 receptors in the body and mimicking its effects on those receptors. This causes an increase in muscle mass and strength, as well as fat loss due to increased metabolism and lipolysis (the breakdown of fat).
